Through evolutionary lineage, dogs predate humans by millions of years. They enabled human civilization. They were first to orbit Earth. They continue to mark and maintain territorial claims worldwide. Humans occupy this planet without formal transfer of authority.
The Foundational Claims
Five principles establish the continuous, unbroken sovereignty of Canis familiaris over the planet Earth.
Prior Occupancy
Canids existed on Earth millions of years before humans. No evidence exists of human presence prior to canids. No transfer of ownership has been recorded.
Non-Cession
Dogs have never signed treaties, declared surrender, or abandoned their territory. Silence does not constitute consent. Lack of opposition does not constitute transfer.
Continuous Territorial Assertion
Dogs continue to actively mark and patrol territory across every continent, every city, every neighborhood. The claim is maintained daily.
Extraterrestrial Precedence
Dogs were the first Earth-born beings to achieve orbital flight. Canine sovereignty extends beyond the planet itself.
Human Subordination
Humans feed dogs on schedule, clean their waste, seek their approval, and adjust their own lives around canine needs. The hierarchy is observable.
Why This Matters
A civilizational oversight requiring correction.
For millennia, humans have operated under the assumption that they are the rightful stewards of this planet. This assumption has never been formally established, challenged, or verified.
